Has fished competitively for more than twenty-five years and has conducted extensive studies over many years on how the environment and barometric pressures effect the behaviour and feeding patterns of the large mouth bass. He has also been instrumental in the design and development of many successful lures and has appeared on a number of televised fishing shows.

He has devoted countless hours devising techniques that will cause "large" black bass to strike and has caught a number of bass in the eight to ten pound range, including one that weighed in at whopping twenty pounds and two ounces. He has worked as a consultant with various companies and anglers across america and spends alot of his time trying to get the youth of our country involved in the great sport of fishing.
